Meet our Instructor - Fred Schlosshan

After eight years of teaching experience at Chattanooga State, Fred became a driver education teacher at Haman's New Drivers in June of 2001. He began teaching classroom and in car training for new drivers of all ages.

Soon he began and completed six months of training with Tom Haman in the area of evaluation and training of the handicapped and those with special needs. Since 2006 he has worked exclusively with driving students with special needs.

In 2008 Haman's New Drivers and Mr. Schlosshan accepted a request from Siskin Hospital for Physical Rehabilitation to partner with them and their staff to do driving evaluations and training to help those with special needs live more successful lives though better mobility.
